About ArtQuest

An artist in every sense of the word, Patsy Keim, owner of ArtQuest Permanent Cosmetics Studio, enjoys using her talents to make every client look and feel beautiful. Always continuing to learn, Patsy researches and embraces new technology and products, recently adding the Osmosis Line of Skin Care Products to her palette.

Patsy's skin care and permanent cosmetics training began with International Instructor Terry Lively in San Antonio, Texas. She completed her advanced training in Arlington, Texas at the renowned Sandi Hammons' American Institute of Intradermal Cosmetics. Ongoing training at the American Institute of Intradermal Cosmetics and the American Academy of Micropigmentation

An Artist for 30 years, Patsy works with oils, watercolors, acrylics and pastels. She studied art at Sul Ross State University, University of Texas at El Paso, the University of Colorado Art Institute, and has taken numerous workshops with nationally known artists. She has attended other advanced training art schools in California, New Mexico, Nevada, Washington, Colorado, and Texas.

Patsy taught art for 20 years, specializing in color theory, design and composition. Her artwork has been accepted into juried art shows and has won numerous awards, and she is the recipient of the famed "Grumbacher Award."

It was an easy transition for Patsy to move from art on a canvas to Permanent Cosmetics and body art. In January 2006 she opened ArtQuest Permanent Cosmetics Studio which is now located in Canyon Lake near the Mountain Valley Pharmacy in Sattler.
